inB2in.studio

is a conceptual and multidisciplinary platform grounded in the philosophy of liminality. It frames the in-between not as a transitional state but as a deliberate stance—an open field beyond categorization, where identity, form, and meaning are continuously reconfigured. Within this space, my practice integrates art, design, writing, and performance as acts of synthesis and self-authorship.

Book Project: “The Attic” (working title)

An autobiographical fiction weaving philosophical inquiry, poetic symbolism, and psychological introspection.

The book explores themes central to Aikaterini's artistic practice—feminine identity, shadow work, memory, and healing from subtle trauma—through a fragmented narrative structure.

“The Attic” unfolds as a symbolic space, where each chapter reflects a room in the mind or psyche, blending the roles of analyst, artist, and inner child. It is a literary extension of her visual art, deeply rooted in the search for authenticity, clarity, and transformation.

Artistic Practice

Active as a visual artist since 2019.

"My practice is rooted in therapeutic introspection and shadow work, where art becomes a philosophical tool for transformation rather than resolution. Through drawing, painting, performance and writing, I engage with themes of feminine identity, generational trauma, gendered violence, and the psychic architecture shaped by patriarchy.

Trained in architecture, I approach space as both structure and metaphor—body as archive, object as symbol, room as psyche. My process is embodied and investigative, often navigating the ambiguous terrain between beauty and rupture, intimacy and discomfort.

Rather than offering closure, my work invites deeper perception—challenging how we are conditioned to see, to suppress, and to define power. It is a practice of reclamation: of the feminine, the wounded, the unruly. Through this, I explore new visual and emotional structures grounded in vulnerability, clarity, and resistance."
